What data is processed
This website has no forms that store information and uses no tracking cookies. The only data processed is what you voluntarily send by email (name, email address and the content of your message).
Purpose and legal basis
Data is used solely to answer your enquiry and, where applicable, to prepare and send a service proposal. The legal basis is your consent and pre-contractual measures taken at your request (GDPR art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b).
Retention and recipients
Correspondence is kept for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and for the applicable legal periods. Data is not shared with third parties unless legally required. The email service used acts as a technology provider under its own terms.
